Ingredients:
3 cup shredded cabbage
1 medium onion
4 slices buttered bread
2 cup grated cheese
1/2acup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1⁄4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook cabbage, onion, and pepper 3 or 4 minutes and drain. Mix mayo, mustard, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Alternate layers of cabbage mix-ture, bread, and cheese. Pour milk mixture over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Pimentos may be used instead of or with pepper.
