Onion Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

2 medium sweet Spanish onions
6 cups beef broth
4 cups dkd potato
2 cups gr. ated cheese

Instructions:

Melt butter, add onions and flour. Saute the onions until limp, add broth and potatoes. Cook about 30 minutes, add cheese. Serve immediately.
