Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Marinate meat in a plastic bag, turning to coat. Cleanup is easy; just discard the bag when finished.
