Ingredients:

 

12 to
20 pound turkey, unthawed
6 T. salt
6 T. sugar
2 T. Lemon pepper
2 T. paprika

Instructions:

 

Rinse the turkey and pat dry. Remove giblet bag from the neck. area of turkey, as well as the neck.
